Came as described, on time, when I reported the fault with pictures, the seller responded quickly and apologised. Offered a free replacement or free return/refund, send return code through quickly, I sent it back (because I needed to go buy a spade quickly) and now money is in my bank again, when it says it would. Thank you and I shall specify look for you as a seller next time 👍🏻

Timely dispatch, early Royal Mail delivery but poor packaging for a business seller: no protective padding inside the makeshift box, so the handle had broken through in transit. As a former private seller even I wouldn't have posted this item in such unserviceable packaging. Luckily no damage done, but maybe worth thinking about? Thanks, CJ
