Seller did not communicate clearly, offering delays to get the problem solved, then requesting that I send photos of the item he sent. The responses from the seller were like delay and stall tactics. I still have the incorrect helmet, that is of very crude workmanship. I am very disappointed by this transaction.

Upon arrival, it was apparent from the 18" length of the package that the cane is segmented. I immediately contacted the seller and requested a refund. The seller responded by issuing a partial refund without my agreement. I refused the offer because the item photo was inaccurate and misleading and also requested that the seller pay for return shipping to India. No further communication has been rec'd.
