    Gourmet Sauces in 5 minutes! WOW!

    I used to be able to buy this at CostCo! A must have staple for every 'cook'! And so much less expensive than individual sauce packets. My favorite Sauces include: Hunter Sauce, a Tarragon Sauce.... both are great on a variety of meats, including meatballs on wide noodles or with mashed potatoes. Research the basics to homemade... then gather your spices! I use 2 pats butter to make the rue. Do NOT salt until you taste at the end. I love adding a lot of Tarragon for beef, veal OR pork OR meatballs.... OR.... make the Hunter Sauce for Meatloaf! I am experimenting on a short cut to stroganoff (spl) sauce Now to find a short cut to a Bearnaise Sauce for those awesome CostCo fillets!

    The Perfect Gravy

    The flavor of McCormick Brown Gravy is excellently full flavored. The gravy has just the right thickness. It is so easy to prepare. I plan to use this with my Thanksgiving Turkey, and for Christmas Dinner. Our family loves McCormick Brown Gravy. I have been married for 46 years, and cook all the time. McCormick makes excellent gravy mix.

    Best ever quick gravy

    Been using this gravy mix for years. When my kitchen store closed, I couldn’t find it here in town. Low and behold, EBay has it! So try it, it is really good gravy mix. Over meatloaf, or hamburger patties with rice. Love it!
