He purchased almost a month ago and is a Seller himself. As a Seller, more reason to know he would have contacted us immediately to let us know of the shortage. Our phone number is on the packing slip and sticker on the bag. If he waited a month to contact us, he more than likely misplaced the other 3 o-rings. I don't need mean spirited buyers so I hope he sticks to his word and never buys from us again.
