    One of the worst sellers I have ever had to deal with. They didn't wrap the doll well enough and was damaged during shipping. Reached out to them and they said they would give me a refund If I send them the doll in the same condition it arrived in. Then they opened a case on me once they got the return and told ebay I sent them a different item because I wanted a free doll. Just want to make sure you see this feedback and know who you are dealing with. Buyer beware.

    Customer bought a numbered collectors doll. Then tried to say she received a damaged doll but it wasnt the same doll we sent. The customer tried to switch her damaged doll with the one we sent then tried to return her old damaged one and get a full refund. She opened a case prior to return originally stating she didnt receive order, which ebay closed quickly as they could see by the tracking she did so then she tried to get it for free another way and again Ebay denied her.
