As usual pathetic cardboard box blown open but a miracle happened and all the parts were there even though the bolt package was opened and bolts were everywhere. THE WORST assembly directions ever but if your not related to a 4x4 post ,attention to parts and common sense assembly will prevail. A solid cart after assembly and worth the price. DONT PAY MORE for any similar item this is a great one. Arrived in 3 days! 5 stars
