Downside, there are no instructions in the box on how to even turn it on ! Had to download a user manual off the web. But all in all good value if you want a phone that you can see, open to answer, close to hang up, and not worry about WiFi connection as it has none. Looking forward to testing it out for reception in a rural area with limited coverage....
