After trying both new parts the chair was still not working. I removed the switch and of course the plastic mounting broke. As I suspected the switch was the problem. A switch from emomo would have taken 3 to 4 months to get. I searched the internet further found one on ebay and purchased it. The cost was less and I received in only a few days. It fit perfect and my recliner is working. Kudos to ebay !!!!!
