    Not sure what you expected. The mold base you purchased was exactly as the photos and description showed. Item was sold as a local pickup and I was nice enough to package in a heavy-duty carboard box and used banding straps. We dropped it off at a UPS center where you arranged patment and shipping options. If the package was not correctley packaged UPS wouldn't have accepted it. I even sent a photo of the package before shipping. I suggest you file a claim with UPS
