    El envío fue dentro de fecha, pero la caja muy pequeña y con ese precio de envío que Ebay pone , no la hubiese comprado. Por otro lado el embalaje un desastre, casi la caja saliendo para fuera. Lo más probable fue aduanas el culpable, pero el carrier asignado debe estar atento y no permitir esto. Realmente una vergüenza, unos días más y la porcelana se rompe porque sobresalir de la caja sin platicas con burbujas de protección. Muy mal american Email. La caja la abrieron ellos o aduanas.

Entiendo que estés molesto, pero no está bien que nos des una mala reseña por algo que no podemos controlar. Tú mismo dijiste que te diste cuenta de que la aduana había dañado y abierto el embalaje, así que, ¿podrías cambiar la reseña para nosotros?
