However the little knob thingy has to be hit just right in order to sound, if you get a little too much angle it doesn't sound. Also the sound, although it is pretty loud, is a high pitch 'hallow' vibration sound which isn't ideal to me. If you're experimenting with bells, it's worth a try to see if you like it. If you're looking for a "one and done", I'd probably go with something different.
