      Took a chance with this product and I must say that so far, I am pleasantly pleased with its performance thus far!! Purchased this product to replace a skimmer cover made by Aquaduct that we have had for years for years. The Aquaduct is design reminds me of Tupperware, and believe me, just as pricey as Tupperware products as well. But I must say, there is not a large variety of these skimmer plugs on the market, especially for older model pools. At this point, I am completely satisfied with the Simpooltech Rovaseal that we purchased. Fits our older model pool skimmer perfectly and appears to be of very good construction. Only time will tell on how many seasons it will hold up for but at the price we paid for it in comparison to the Aquaduct; if we get 5 seasons out of it, I will be a happy ...

      Skimpool tech cover

      It didn't fit very well due to the butterfly gasket around skimmer opening. It's in but not all the way. No water leaking now just have look at it in cold weather may be it'll shrink and go in further.

      Not as advertised

      Size is only approximately right. I had to use a hammer to even get the bottom edge and some portion of the sides to engage. Hoping it will stay in place. This should fit snug but I should be able to insert with just hand pressure. Not impressed
