    We did receive the tablet on time& it was packed well. However; the SIMcard was expired&we have not been able to use the tablet as its locked with Metro /Tmobile. We tried to get it unlocked& get a new SIM Card ,But its not possible so far.. We are going to try one more time this Friday, but it looks like I will lose $86. Eventually I will contact both All State regarding the plan i purchased &the seller too. I'm very disappointed w/ the time/effort we put into getting the tablet operational
