Product Information

The Orion subwoofer is capable of producing high levels of sound and can handle very high power outputs. The RMS power handling of the subwoofer is 2000 watts. Peak performance handling of the Orion HCCA154 is 4000 watts. The 15-inch car subwoofer hosts dual voice coils to assist the subwoofer in producing high sound and handling the power output. Each of the voice coils on the subwoofer has a 4 Ohm impedance. The sensitivity of the Orion subwoofer is 87.4 dB enabling the subwoofer the ability to handle even minute changes in the sound. The frequency response rate of the subwoofer is 22 Hz through 100 Hz. The top mounting depth of the Orion HCCA154 is 11 and 9/16 inches. The minimum recommended sealed box volume for the subwoofer is 1.9 cubic feet. The construction elements of the car subwoofer are a polypropylene woofer composition and the surround of the woofer is a rubber to protect the elements of the woofer and eliminate high amounts of reverberation. The Orion subwoofer is a high-quality subwoofer that is capable of handling large amounts of electricity.

    Awe inspiring design!

    Larger than a standard 15" (actually 15" hole not 14") sub but comes with a great template to resize the diameter the foam roll is a lot higher hence the spacers for the grille but I anticipated the extra time and effort and its beautiful!
