    COULD NOT OPEN CLASP, COULD NOT READ DAY AND DATE ON THE FACE, TOO SMALL. WHILE I WAS MAKING SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO OPEN CLASP ONE OF THE PINS CONNECTING WATCH TO THE BAND FELL OUT. IF EVERYTHING WASN'T HAPPENING TO THE WATCH THAT I RECEIVED I WOULD HAVE KEPT IT BECAUSE THE WATCH IS VERY ATTRACTIVE. THAT'S WHY I PURCHASED IN THE FIRST PLACE.

    the outer circle with the numbers 20 30 40 & 50 started separating from the watch. I pressed on it to hopefully keep it from falling off. it's holding on but I hope it doesn't come off completely. it's a little heavier but ok.
