    Nice upgrade from the iPhone 5

    I got the SE because it was a perfect upgrade from the iPhone 5. I originally intended on using the same Otterbox Defender case, but decided to take advantage of the fingerprint reading home button so I had to get a new case. The SE (I got one with 32GB) helped me solve a number of issues I had with my iPhone 5. All of these are not criticisms of the iPhone 5, they are features that have been added. With the new SE I get, in addition to the fingerprint reader, LTE support for the one channel I needed in my town, much faster speeds, the night-time lighting, and some more storage space. Battery life is looking better than my iPhone 5, too. Upgrading on my carrier, Ting, was quick and easy, with the only downside being having to re-setup some apps and the loss of one old app that ...

    Not quite thrilled with these things.

    I am not a Phonoholic, I value my privacy, I'm almost 80 years old, so this is my first smartphone. I don't like it. . . but it's small, less expensive and I need some of the features available. . . Such as texted password codes for financial security. It makes perfect sense to have it with me when traveling in case of emergency. The camera is no better than a 'Brownie' of the 1950's. The ability to store music and play it back by blue-tooth devices is a great feature which I plan to use. Is it intuitive? Not at all to me. I bought it to see if I could learn to use it and like it. So far, I still think it's a pain. . . It has not made my life any better, just more complicated. In time, i may change my mind, but for now it spends most of the day just laying on my table. .

    Touch screen failed

    It worked well the first day other then the keyboard was having issues with typing certain letters and then it just got worse now the entire bottom left part of the screen is not responsive to touch and the speaker portion doesn’t work on calls
