    I was so happy to receive this MRC Tech 3 Power Command 9000 power supply. It's so handy to be able to see the amps and voltage being drawn by a model railroad locomotive. Of course, this is only for Direct Current locomotives: it won't work for DCC locos (except those that support DC operation too). Still, it's very handy for testing old engines to diagnose shorts. The item arrived on schedule and well-packaged for shipment. I tested it and it worked as advertised. Thank you, seller.
