I’m not quite sure how because the way it was packed, it seemed to be pretty tight and padded. There was was tear in the box but that box was in another box. However the seller did promptly reply to me and send me a new piece. The quality of this piece is pretty good. So smooth and for the price and you can’t get a smoother smoke. Let’s not mention how cool it looks too. Thank you.
