    The crystal was packaged in bubble wrap with paper and foam padding and the outside box marked Fragile, but FedEx apparently had a problem with careful handling. Such a shame because the crystal was beautiful. The seller was very fair in reimbursing me very quickly for the broken items: a pleasure to do business with. Very honest and wonderful seller. Thank you so much for the pieces that arrived safely.
