    One of my favorites

    I have been working out at home with Leslie Sansone videos for a few years now. I recently purchased this one and I'm glad I did. I find it more challenging than many others and love that there's a few segments of toning with a firm band and some boot camp style circuits. Music is fun and upbeat. I feel like I've got a great workout in after this video. Roughly and hour and 15 if you do warm-up through cool down.

    Good DVD

    I like this one it’s pretty decent but I prefer the 4 fast mile walk slim DVD. If you want to tone with a band and less walking this is for you but if you’re wanting more walking the 4 fast miles is probably a better choice “in my opinion” I do like this one and use it occasionally just not too often.

    5 Really Big Miles is really good!

    This is now one of my favorites! Leslie is spot on with this workout. I love the variety, several new moves, and the cast. Highly recommend it. :)
