    It's handlebars. I have a bad shoulder. The 2013 Heritage I recently purchased has a set of 16", 1 1/4" apehangers on it. I cannot comfortably ride a motorcycle with a set of bars that puts stress on a bad shoulder. I've been comfortable steering with beach bars for the last 30 of 50 years of riding.
