Good communication from seller, who notified me he initiated a lost mail search and that he would send a replacement if item was lost. Item was packaged in a padded envelope and none of the parts appeared to be damaged but the envelope appeared stressed with small tears and holes apparently from being compressed during handling. Probably better to ship in a small box.
