    Item arrived quickly, but several of the pieces were broken. Seller agreed to a 50% refund, which I appreciated and accepted. Sadly, the description "new in open box" was very misleading. The box was COMPLETELY covered in roach frass and mouse droppings on both the outside and inside. The set has therefore been relegated to decor, which is a shame because I really wanted to use it. Also, the garage sale price tag was boorishly left on the box so I got see precisely how much I got ripped off.

    I was excited to find these boots and placed my order Jan. 24th. I received a msg on the 27th that a shipping label had been created. I still had no indication the boots had shipped by Feb. 9th so I contacted the seller. They apologized and indicated there had been a mix up in shipping and I wouldn't be receiving the boots; they credited my account. I appreciate that they made things right, but I really wanted the boots! The seller does not seem to have good control over their inventory.
