Packaging was excellent and on opening the box found insulative material, a cold pack and finally a layer of reflective insulation, then, of course, the bag with worms inside. Unlike my orders from a couple of previous vendors, these worms looked in good color and very much alive, so I placed them in a tray with some uunbleached brown wrapping paper and three to four inches of aged water from my 40g breeder.
