    I ordered a Martin 12 string, it arrived but when I unboxed it it was broken, the courier had not been careful with the package. Both myself and the seller were in contact with the courier and made a claim. The courier denied the claim twice. Cutting a long story short this seller went above and beyond to resolve the issue and I chose another guitar.     Outstanding quality, value, features and hardware.

    This is an incredible value in a guitar. Fit and finish, build quality, selection of hardware and electronics is all second to none.Love the fact that all the hardware is stuff you would buy and have installed, but it's already there! The neck and frets are perfect and feel great to the hand. The color is beautiful as well as the matching headstock. It's very comfortable and hangs right from a strap, is wonderful to play, and the sounds and tones available from the 3 Seymour Duncan pickups is endless. I'm very happy with this guitar and I would rate it as good or better than any of the other brands and types I've owned and still own. No regrets on this purchase at all. Highly recommended.
