      Item was listed as 12-12-30 SMART it was not it was a plain 12-12-30 also arrived missing an important piece which I had to source locally however they reimbursed me for piece and we arrived at an adjustment for price. I would have rather had what I ordered but since I had installed unit before I realized it was willing to compromise. Communication was good and they seemed reasonable.

      Quality control issues with AIMs 12/24 v charger

      I’ve gotten two bad units out of the three I have ordered off of eBay. Both issues were resolved with refunds but there are significant quality control issues with the AIMs 12/24v battery charger. Too bad because the specs are just what I needed for my 24v battery backup system at home.
