Turns out it actually came from Amazon & we could have gotten it through our account. The cushion is fine but papers with it were confusing to us and 2 different representees from customer service couldn't explain it. the papers said a gift from ?(already threw paper away) and gift from Amazon . I could not understand AMAZON LINK that came up on phone when I scanned paper. sometime

The seller bought a Hansleep pillow from Amazon for $28 and drop shipped it to me the next day. When I complained, a Reoka pillow was shipped, but according to Fed Ex. the address label was not my correct street address, so it went somewhere else. Fed Ex said that they were not allowed to tell me where it went and advised me to contact Ebay. Hopefully, someone will be able to figure it out. It was to be a birthday present for my son.
