I reached out to the seller and they were quick to respond and send a replacement item! The second bobeche arrived packaged extra thoughtfully and was unharmed. The measurements and pictures in the listing were spot on, so this bobeche worked perfectly to replace the one my chandelier was missing. I think this was a reasonable price for a hard-to-match item in new condition.
