This was an honest seller, and I thank them for indicating the issue. Normally I've had sellers just cancel, and say the reason was because me the buyer asked to cancel, when I know, that never happened, and it was an auction listing of price that was the real reason, and even then, if they said the price was in error, I would accept their request to cancel.
