Assumed it was a mistake and contacted the seller to see if I could get a partial refund just to cover the cost of a rebuild kit but never got an answer. After I rebuilt the carb it worked but I could have gotten a carb that needed a rebuild for $80 instead of the $140 they charged. Item also looked nothing like the pictures. Overall a terrible experience and would not recommend this seller.
