It denies the customer all kinds of ebay options including the one to get a full refund. I am now out of pocket for an insurance policy they sold me on an item they couldn't deliver on time. I now have most of my money back and will be talking to ebay about this companies sales methods. I will not be dealing with this lot again!

The only regret was that FedEx delivered my purchase to another person and address, apparently due to a 3rd party shipper error. The seller was more than happy to resolve the issue and was charitable immediately to give a refund. I asked him for 24hrs to attempt retrieval of my package through FedEx . This was to no avail .
