Few paper inside to softening bumps along. Not a printed receipt, just the camera in a plastic bag. Considering that it travelled from Japan to Europe I was actually pretty pissed off. The camera wasn’t cheap, plus I had to pay a third more of its price in international fees. Their description wasn’t accurate, battery check not working, lens not clean. I’d hesitate on recommending this dealer.
