When I complained, a Reoka pillow was shipped, but according to Fed Ex. the address label was not my correct street address, so it went somewhere else. Fed Ex said that they were not allowed to tell me where it went and advised me to contact Ebay. Hopefully, someone will be able to figure it out. It was to be a birthday present for my son.
