My original package arrived, but was clearly tampered with somewhere along the supply/shipping line ( missing 2 of 4 casters for a speed rack ). flach-499 was totally responsive to my inquiry and had the problem resolved within days.     I made a mistake about my stove top. Glass is under the ceramic top. I didn’t know this when I purchased the item so I should have been sure. Buyer would not accept a return because he said he described the item clearly. Yes, it’s my fault for not knowing a ceramic stove isn’t safe for this canning container but it would have been nice if he had accepted the return. I don’t know why it showed up in a Walmart package. The description on EBay didn’t say it was from Walmart. Easy return there
