However, I received a different brand. Okay, mistakes happen. I reached out requesting $5 back for the price difference. its actually about 7 & the seller politely refused to correct his mistake. I am not spending time and money to correct their FAULT. and ON TOP OF THAT the packaging was lacking and i received it open from the post. Mistakes happen take responsibility.Follow-up from: r***a- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Seller did offer me a full refund?If I went through the efforts of jumping through all of the hopes of returning the item because of their mistake. This resolution did not suit my preferences as I would be out.Packing materials because theirs weren't good enough to make the ship.The time for waiting and potentially the cost for the return.Because the seller probably wouldn't agree to cover that costs.Because they are not agreeing to give me $5 to fix their mistake. didnt seem fair so i declined.
