    The CD button on the PH Notebook is not functioning? The is very deep the slot and will not come out. Can I fix this myself? Can you please provide me some instruction on what I should do?

    THE COMPUTER WORKED GREAT FOR THE FIRST WEEK. AFTER A SERIES OF WINDOWS UPDATES WHICH TOOK OVER AN HOUR, THE COMPUTER HAS SLOWED DOWN TO A CRAWL. I DON'T THINK IT'S THE COMPUTERS FAULT, JUST THE LOUSY OPERATING SYSTEM-WINDOWS
