Also one strap had been superglued. When contacted the seller insinuated the wear was by me which is completely untrue. I contacted them within 30 min of receiving the shoe. After seeing the pictures of superglue they did offer to accept a return which is why I gave positive feedback. I decided to keep the shoe as a pool/ beach shoe given the low price I paid.
