    The scanner arrived promptly and well packaged sans case. After a discussion with the seller, he offered to refund $20 for the missing case and we agreed. The seller was easy to communicate with and very reasonable. I would not hesitate to do business again. The scanner had the correct adapter and powered on and successfully linked with the computer. I gave 4 stars on the scanner as the input methods are difficult to use but that might be operator error on my part but it has a manual to read.

    I bought these insoles but couldn’t connect them to the app. It turned out that the app is not supported, and the support team on the website doesn’t respond. It’s useless. the seller tried to help me figure out the issue and even asked if i want to return them. However, I purchased this item in Ukraine, and shipping it back to the U.S. costs 80% of the price of the insoles. I literally wasted my money with this seller and believe the seller should be knowledgeable about the products
