I contacted the seller, but the initial response was delayed, and the proposed partial refund was very low considering the item was unusable. I expected to receive a working product as described, but instead I lost time dealing with an issue that shouldn't have happened in the first place. I appreciate that a free return was eventually offered, but overall, this was a disappointing experience.
