    The seller knows because of wildfires in CA has postal service practically shut down yet they refuse to cancel order on an item that I needed for an emergency.     Good price, fast ship, good seller A+++ Nice product. I bought 2. Good for camping as noted. However, I use it to force heat from a ceiling mounted vent down into room. No outlet nearby so the battery operation is great. Keeps a charge for quite a while. I run them 4 hours daily and have to recharge about every 5 days. The remotes don't always work. I put in different batteries but the same. You sometimes have to push the button several times to get the desired operation.
