    Good seller, for the most part. Excellent communication. My issue is with the packaging. My item arrived loose in a plastic shipping envelope. It had been loosely wrapped in a small rolled up paper sack with a piece of tape in the center. The ends were left open, which made it possible for the item to easily fall out and be tossed around in the envelope bag. Not that big of a deal, but I would never send an item without first securing it for shipping. Overall I'm pleased with the transaction.

    Give it time, it works!

    I have been using this product for a year; a container last me about 6 months. It takes some time to work, about 7 months, but I've lost a lot of weight. I am taking it every three days because it definitely curbs my appetite and fills me up. I don't need to lose anymore weight, just maintain.

    Actually Fulfills it's Claim

    Konjac Root (also called Glucomannan) is a product I've been using for a couple of years to help control cravings and make me feel fuller. I'm not clear on exactly how it works (I've read that it expands in the stomach to make you feel fuller - like a sponge). I've also heard it is good for maintaining blood sugar levels but I don't have any experience with that. I've used this brand in its pill form and powder and prefer the powder so i can add it to smoothies.
