      Item physical condition was exactly as described. Unfortunately, it did not work to control any of my Tivo's. It turned out there was no IR output. This happens with used items that are difficult to test. When I informed the seller, they immediately refunded the complete amount. I was extremely impressed by the seller's responsiveness.
