    She was extremely disrespectful and completely lacked any sense of customer service. She openly admitted the item was a Medium but had deliberately advertised it as a Large. When I pointed out the discrepancy, she deflected blame—claiming it was my fault for not noticing a tiny, quarter-sized “Medium” sticker buried among more than a dozen labels on a 28x18 box, including the shipping label on top. This kind of dishonest and evasive SELLER behavior is exactly why YOU SHOULD NEVER SHOP HERE.

    simple mistake. buyer also didn't notice when bought nor did she realize when she saw that big ole word medium on the box. its unfortunate how people bad mouth others when they make a mistake themselves
