The unit was not broken when I got it, but I thought the packaging was pretty poor. product itself was in my opinion very cheap plastic and I followed the directions to install it. The fan did work under sun light, but very very little air was being exchanged. I gave up on the whole thing as it wasn’t doing what it was advertised to do. I will be returning.
