Ours stopped working when our then 7-year-old decided to mess with Freshy and broke him. Now we are all set again. When I received it though it was poorly packaged and half of the building is shattered into pieces. I contacted the seller right away with pictures asking fir a replacement or a refund. I received on the 4/17 and today is 4/21 with no contact at all from the seller.
