Order of 2 of these arrived in soft packaging and the boxes where a little distorted from rough handling but both of the stands where undamaged and work as designed for the most part. They use "Ring" style magnets and due to this they are not quite as strong as they could be and there is no suplimental center magnet where it would offer best retention in comparison to most other magnetic vehicle phone holders. Must use metal plate included.
