It was packaged just like a new unit from the factory even though it was listed as "refurbished." I was amazed at the quality of it's vacuum job. I have a large house, so it took several attempts to get the robot to completely map my house. The mopping feature is not all that great. Charge time seems to be significantly longer than what was listed, and runtime seems much shorter than listed. In short, a great first robot vacuum from a great seller.

The mopping function is comically bad and does not clean well at all. The pad has a lot of clean spots and you can see the floor is not clean at all. The self empty dust function is 50/50 hit and miss. You can hear the suction happening but it pocky empties sometimes, even when clearly not clogged. It does a great job as an actual vacuum and picks up well. 2 out of 3 functions i bought it for are unsatisfactory

I had a little trouble getting it set up at first, but that was because I wasn't following the directions correctly. After getting it set up, it has been smooth sailing ever since. I'm still learning all the ways I can use the robot but I have used both the vac and mop functions and am thoroughly impressed! It cleans very, very well!
