I had a little trouble getting it set up at first, but that was because I wasn't following the directions correctly. After getting it set up, it has been smooth sailing ever since. I'm still learning all the ways I can use the robot but I have used both the vac and mop functions and am thoroughly impressed! It cleans very, very well!

When I pulled it out to clean it, tons of dog hair was stuck under the brush case. It hadn’t gone into the bag. Is there any way to correct this?
