However, the reason for the neutral rating is based on receiving no tracking information 6 days after purchase, which forced me to have to reach out the seller. They did reply stating they had technical issues, and sent a tracking screenshot, not a link. I had to copy down tracking online for myself. A little step like sending a link, goes a long way in good customer relations.

    Seller sent the wrong item. The light bulb advertised was listed as compatible with my Frigidaire fridge. However, it wasn't. The seller said they would accept the return and send me a label, which they never did although I emailed/messaged them multiple times. This seller is either dishonest, or more likely doesn't know what they're doing. I would not buy from them if they're still allowed on Ebay.
