    Box was slightly opened when it arrived and there were no filler materials inside the box either but amazingly the product was not damaged. I know delivery services aren't always careful with handling so my only advice is to use some type of packaging material and more tape than you think it needs so that if it is banged around it will not open up.

    Not worth the price.

    It's hard and lumpy and not comfortable at all. I can feel solid pieces inside with the chunks of foam. I had to remove the insert and use polyester pillow stuffing instead. I could have made that myself. It was a waste of money. Also, I thought I was buying USA made from a company in TN but it's made in China.
